ABOUT
The practice of yoga played a certain role in my choice to become a sports masseur.
Through this activity, which I have been practising for about twenty years, I realised how much I appreciated the holistic approach to medicine, linked to well-being and body awareness.
Afterwards, I trained in traditional relaxation massages by going to Thailand, to the famous Wat Po centre in Bangkok.
This was my first step into the world of massage.
Back in France, I continued my training through specific courses such as Daniel Doisy's, for sensory massage and Azur Massage (Aix-les-Bains), for the Swedish massage course.
I wanted to diversify my offer by training in other massage therapy and therapeutic techniques, such as :
-
Swedish massage
-
Amma massage
-
Energetic massage
-
Cupping therapy
-
Tao massage
-
Chi neit tsang massage
-
Deep tissue massage
